I love the art work that you did for your flames and the play on words that you did with your logo, but I do think that it is a little busy and would be hard to put on any type of merchandise that is small. You seem to be going in a good direction I would try looking at changing it some so it's not so busy.
I wonder about you using all the colors. Also the numbers on the clock are small and i wonder if you would get dot gain. Also with the lines that show the vibrate of the alarm you may loose.
