This has got some potential... The 'scene' is alright, but the typography is not... IMO... I would downsize everything and try to find 'cooler' font and then even write it in 3 lines below the mark...

Much better, colors are great... Houston and I probably wrote the comment at the same time %3B) Try to downsize everything for about 30%25 so that we can get clearer view of the logo (more background)... I like it...

Great stuff people - Thanks! (re-sized... done) *Note%3B this logo has to work for a bunch of properties (sunset hotel group hotels and resorts). So the %22main text%22 will change for each property.
