Description:
The Ministry of Public Administration , MAP, is the governing body of public employment and the various systems and provided by the Public Service Act , the institutional strengthening of public administration systems, and assessment processes of institutional management .
Its primary functions :
a) Ensure the professionalization of public administration and implement a rational and modern system of management of human resources.
b ) Design, implement and evaluate policies, plans and strategies for institutional strengthening of public administration , proposing reforms to the organizational and functional structures of the same .
c ) To promote and ensure the highest level of effectiveness , quality and efficiency of the civil service of the State , implementing quality management models and promoting institutional performance evaluation .
