I think this has some great potential. Have you considered placing the scope at a position so that it replaces one of the stars as opposed to being right between the stars? Also, can you get the cloud shape to have more of a rounded base. It sort of breaks the circle you are going for as it is now. What's this for? The font has sort of an industrial/techy kind of feel to it.
Thank you for your remarks.They are good. Theme was generally imagining future software ( at the start ), but my idea about pictogram was a slightly different :) so I was hesitant about typo. I tred some others fonts too. I don't know about the cloud shape but I agree with different scope placing (more precisely, star placing). Overall I'll try some variations. Thanks once more.
