The product is a hops infuser for beer. As the beer is being poured into a glass, it passes through a canister full of dried hops adding flavor. The logo is created to print large and to be viewed from a distance. It is displayed behind the bar... Large version:

Really more of a poster than a logo IMO. And I can barely read the word %22Holy%22 as there's too many horrific Photoshop effects applied to it.
