I like it. I really like the colors. Is it a web domain? If it is, I can see the reasoning for the words all being together. If not, I'd try either shrinking the %22and%22 or using an ampersand in its place to improve legibility.
ReplyNice colour scheme, very fresh logo. i think type needs little more work (kerning on final %22cks%22 could be improved). Ryan's idea about usind an ampersand sounds really good to me too.
