I actually like the colours used and the connection between the letters but i would get rid of the kerned out text 'agency'. having it kerned especially in lowercase makes it harder to read. i'd tighten this up and try and find a better place for it, maybe just beneath the 'A' but that might make it too small when the logo is reduced. either way that is my only problem with the monogram.
