The company sees itself as a vital factor for the development of professionals in the film industry - just as oxygen(element no. 8 in the periodic table) is vital for us, humans. The 8 included in the logo is made up of two simple circles, giving a hint of paired oxygen molecules. Lettering is custom. I'm also interested how you 'read' the logo when you looked at it first. Was it ELEMENT 8 instantly, or only when you read the title?
