GREAT mark, and I like the type, just feel it needs to be porportioned a little better. Larger name and tagline.

i like the coffee cup with smoke shaped like M... that could work as a logo by itself

%22Cafe and Bistro%22 seems too forced and a bit small. spacing of letters seems awkward.
