%3E.%3C I'm fairly new at this.. any chance you could elaborate on 'not good' so I have something to learn from in the future?

Remember a few important things when designing a logo. *1. Make it memorable and timeless. Something pleasant to the eye that people will remember. *2. Think about reproduction. How will it work in black and white, say for a newspaper ad. How will it look when reduced to a small size. Rule of thumb, a logo should be clear and readable at a size where you can cover it up with your thumb. **Hope this helps.

Thanks j-CAZ :).**I've got slight variations of this that work for both very small as well as complete black and white, those are what my friend had told me originally.**As far as the first point goes.. I suppose that's something my logo is lacking. It's not simple enough that it really sticks for being memorable.. I'm not quite sure what 'timeless' is supposed to mean though.

Timeless simply means that a logo can stand the test of time. In 50 years, will your logo still look amazing? A good way to make a timeless mark is to avoid fads in design. Otherwise your logo will fade into the background over time.
