Overall logo design has loosely portrays an upward arrow to convey growth. Swash emphasizes growth as well as the idea of partnershiping as it reaches across all three letters. Naturally, blue for integrity and green for growth.

Seems unoriginal, like I've seen it before hundreds of times. It does, however, work for the purpose. Maybe it's the color scheme.
