I really like the overall look and feel of this logo - kind of retro. However, I think I'd like it better if the dogs were facing forward. It'd also be nice if the dogs weren't exactly the same and had different markings so it didn't look like you just flipped the image of one of the dogs. Finally, the type at the bottom is getting lost because of the color you're using.
