Heh, I love it, but I have to ask: Is the bird pooping? Or is that a feather? :D

that added little bit of a foot or feather is going to make most people think poop. not sure that is what is wanted.

Thank you guys for comments. I watched seagulls for a while and noticed that these birds pooping a lot, could be said that is one of their major characteristics next to the sitting on the bollards. If thay have the opportunity to sit on the bollard - they will.
