Description:
Cosmopolis Resort is a resort stylized apartment building found in Surabaya, the first of its kind. Their target audience was predominantly aimed towards high end customers looking to purchase luxury living stylized accommodation.
Their original marketing campaign concept focused ‘City Apartments’ as their primary sales concept. Due to insufficient sales, further assessment was called for.
Based on previous success lia s. Associates made during the development of one of their other apartments (Metropolis Apartment) we were rehired. Our team determined that pushing the resort concept to be the most optimal strategy. . End result, they sold out.
