I see a few problems with this logo: 1.) You could drive a truck through the space on either side of the ampersand - I would suggest adjusting your kerning 2.) The tagline is too small and doesn't fit the curved space well 3.) Why even have the dog on a leash? The leash only serves to interfere with the legibility of the logo.
