This, unfortunately, looks like about 30 other logos/design elements out there. It's very similar to one other design I know of, actually. Regardless, this is as about as distinctive as a square or a triangle%3B needs more complexity. Sorry%3B its simplicity makes it difficult to use as a distinct mark.
It's certainly not identical :) Just letting you know the difficulties of using a symbol like this. The other version you've uploaded has greater because it's more unique :)
