This is interesting. Might be more elegant with the icon smaller and more traditionally positioned over the type. Not a fan of the copperplate here though.
ReplyYea, the icon has lots of potential. Perhaps loose the stars in the background and a new font solution for USC Christmas Ball. Copperplate is played out and, well, ugly in my opinion. Best of luck.
ReplyIt's interesting to hear this. I did this a few years ago for a personal project and I still totally love the icon. This was treated extra for an event and was large so the stars looked cool. May play with it for something else later. **
