I think both could work, but I'm intrigued by the way the I and the symbol seem to interact, like it's perched up there which says leadership to me.

ReplyThanks all! I think I agree that this one is more interesting than the other version with just the star. Alex, re: the similar logo... I guess I'm not surprised that something similar has been done before, but IMO, this is different enough that I'm not going to worry about it.
