I'm digging the overall style of this logo and the type - very nice. My only comment would be that the type in the banner and some of your icons in the circles are a little small in comparison to your %22KOOTENAI%22 type. You may want to balance them a little more. Otherwise, nice job.

I like the overall style too. It's just all falling apart for me though.

I like this a lot too. the feeling is great. I agree with gthobbs, to elaborate, it feels as if the scroll is sorta just placed underneath and not really connected to Camp or Kootenai. Making it curl upwards into the gaps, may tie and hold the type together. You can also fine tune the logos above to make them a little more distinguishable, maybe tone down the strokes around the circles.
