I think your icon needs to be bigger. I would also give him a tophat as that's a traditional item for a ringmaster to have.
Reply**Mark was designed to %22fit%22 the product package. Client killed my fav version complete with top hat! I'll post it if I can find the time. Oddly client (in the end lol) wanted this logo to match the company's, so the glory of free design on this job was sadly, limited. Thanks for the comments.
