I like the simplicity of the design. The font is very elegant. Also the image is clever%3B it looks like a tea leaf and a green shield at the same time.

I love the colors and the concept. Just food for thought, but you might have considered putting a little vine or scroll work around the shield. Not so much as to be distracting, but just enough to emphasize the tea leaf aspect a bit more. Overall, very successful though.
