No offense, but your logo is pretty childish looking. Not exactly the message you want to convey to prospective clients as an ad agency. Your clients need to know that you're professional and dependable since you are driving both their image and their brands. This logo doesn't say either of those things. You should think long and hard about your own branding and positioning before you consider taking on others professionally.
