The 'a' and 'n' look like a mistake with their 'missing' pixel. **I also see the integrated r/G symbol... but IMHO, it's a little weak. Perhaps make it larger to give it more emphasis or ditch it altogether. **The orange is nice, but I think something other than an I.T blue could compliment it better.
