Hoyt Haffelder is the Creative Director for the San Antonio based firm H2 Design of Texas. His identities are included in Logolounge volumes 4 – 6 and the latest publications series Logolounge Masters Series 1 & 2. In addition to identity work his typography is featured in Type Player 2 set to publish in December 2010. Haffelder has won numerous national honors/awards from Graphic Design USA, American Graphic Design Awards, and Council for Advancement and Support of Education. Additionally, his work has been featured in STEP Inside Design, Art Directors Club of Houston, Dallas Society of Visual Communications, Good50x70, Creative Summit, CMYK Magazine, and Underconsideration: FPO blog. In December 2010 he will finish a Masters of Fine Art with a major in Communication Design from Texas State University. Haffelder lives in Austin with his wife Alexis.
