It is pretty, but how does it work in black %26 white with no gradients? Never know when they may want to put their logo on a golf ball or something else that cannot use full color or gradients. If it were for web only, it wouldn't matter. But, regardless, you should never limit a logo design to any one media. Expect your logo to go everywhere it is possible for a logo to go.
