I agree with weightless. The font for %22Satori%22 could stand on it's own, because it is so strong. The mark and font are competing. I would try to to tighten up the letters, bring it closer to the mark as well. Or, and I hate to say this, find a new font that matches the wood cut look. I think overall the logo is strong, my comments are just nit picking. Good job.
