I would lose the serifs on A and V and cut it by the curve angle (similar to what you did with the I and T)...

@Ralf: Yes, slight gradients to create some dept and make it slightly more organic.**@Alen: That's a good option too indeed. I've considered it but the way it is now, the image is more open and calmer to the eye because the focus is horizontal now.
