ReplyThe no eyes thing is to keep the chimp anonymous and to leave something to your imagination. The curve represents an eyebrow, so it looks as if he frowns. The chimp is more of a statement then it is just a funny monkey. That is also emphasized by the contrast of a chimp with a bowler hat, which represents hypocrisy.
