Wow...this is busy. And I don't think I ever would have read Noble. Looks like NobNe. I would suggest you choose your design device. Is it the O? Is it the scroll? Is it the banner? It probably shouldn't be all of the above.
No offense, but EVERYTHING about this logo feels forced and contrived. And I completely didn't read it as %22Noble%22 until I read your title. The scroll in place of an %22L%22 just doesn't work and the addition of the %22N%22 on the scroll just confuses things even more. And the rest of your type underneath Noble and in the scroll is almost illegible.**If this is client direction then it's time to dump this client - things can only get worse from here.
