Eduard Dimasov was born in 1984 and grew up in Russia, Perm city. He studied philosophy in Perm State University and graduated in 2006. The young artist is currently working in Arabic calligraphy, design and corporate design in particular.
In spring 2010 Eduard Dimasov created the first calligraphy piece which gave a start to a new life and new occupation. Soon his works gained their popularity both in Russia and abroad. Some of his calligraphy and designer pieces were sold in Germany, UAE, Libya, Canada and other countries. In Russia he got publicity through being short-listed in the calligraphy contest in the Republic of Dagestan. In November 2011 Dimasov took part in the first festival of Islamic graffiti in Kazan (Russia). Now the calligrapher is preparing to his first solo exhibition which is going to be held in Moscow in May 2012. In autumn of this year his works will be also on display on the International exhibition of calligraphy in Sokolniki (Moscow).

The features of his calligraphy are dynamic curves, dimensional lines and flying designs. His calligraphy is a mixture of minimalistic style and inner philosophy.
