The S in Stefano is hardly visible. You should change it to something brighter or darker. Actually I dont care for the coloured initials.They distract from the mark which is beautiful.Maybe keep the name together but two different (subtle) shades of grey to tell them apart. Also making the font a bit bigger wouldn't hurt.
