very nice.*i think the arrow could be slight shorter to keep everything together a bit more but i think it works.
I like it too. I agree with Nathan that the arrow could be shorter. Also, with so much text, you might consider stacking the type and putting it to the left or right of the mark.
Appreciate it guys. I'll take your advice and see what enhancements I can make.
