I like the mark, not the effects. I'd rotate the dots over the smallest part of the E's weld the c to the t in FACT, retrack tagline. But most of all ditch the bells and whistles.
Personally, I think it looks too much like joomla. Mostly because of the heads/dots and the color combo. http://www.joomla.org/
