Description:
First draft for Jay's Gumbo Burgers. If you watch Shark Tank, Mee Ma's Gumbo Brick was awarded an investment, and will be used in this new chain of gumbo burger trucks here in San Diego and Los Angeles counties. Since the recipe for this particular gumbo comes from New Orleans, I went with a jazzy theme.
