Well...unfortunately the concept of two rotating arrows is pretty commonplace these days. And all your type and graphics seem to just kind of float in space - there's nothing really grounding them or linking them to one another. And you also need to tighten up your spacing between your type.**I'm not suggesting you abandon this concept, but you should definitely try to refine it some more.
