I can see the M in the mark, but not the R, if that's what you're going for. I'd make the third stripe the same maroon as the last stripe, so it blends the two letters. And what is the company about, a classifieds for roommates or something?

Its been tough as the company is actually quite diverse, not really specialising in any one area. They do a lot of IT and distribution work on top of other things. I've thought of colouring the third stripe red but i think people would then lose the M, and if it was a dark maroon the red would lose its impact. I could possible add another strike, separating the two letters.

Adding the stripe sounds like a good idea. If the company has a broad range of services, I guess what you have is fine. Unless, you can pull off the concept of being a %22jack of all trades%22 with the name of the company.

i wonder if this look is too over used to be unique any more... one that came to mind right way was manpower.com... obviously different but same concept nonetheless... personally i would try something different just to be more unique
