Funky mark! I really like it, it's got a nice superhero/comic book feel to it, If that dosn't make someone looking for work feel confidant nothing will :) There's a lot of work in there well done!

The chromatics and shapes are really sensitive, i think that gives this logo such a cool vibe. Non the less im guessing the faces could be a tad smaller, and the first face doesnt have the same perspective as the others, and just maybe the endings of the flag at the right could be more soft and aligned, those are my only observations... Great stuff man!
