I think that both parts are not well balanced. GRC is way too big, and the group formed by the bird and %22Grupo Regional de Comunica%E7ao -MT %22 has a very low impact at first glances. The bird and the grey letter try to gain visual weight but i think is not enough. The whole visual weight is on the right
