This is nice. You might reduce the size of the 'LIFT' text just a tad bit. The 'T' seems too close to the white space right beneath it. You could also rotate the text 90 degrees and put it towards the left side of the box. Other than that, this is a nice concept. Lovin' the hidden 'L' too. Nice touch. :-)
