I think you have a brand there and not a logo. It's too much of a good thing. I would take just the red robot (or any one of the robots), the last arc of the star, enlarge, and make that the main logo mark, with BrightStart Robotics stacked beneath in basic black. Depending on usage you could change out robots. And reserve the spread you have above for advertising pieces.
