This needs more work. The first 2 red segments are out of sync with the rest and you need to center the text with the mark. In fact, most of the logos in your showcase are uncentered.

I actually made very constructive suggestions about this logo. And I don't have time to list over 20 of your other logos that are off-centre - they should be obvious to yourself.
