It looks awesome! And I really, really like the associated corporate design! But can you explain the meaning of the dots?

thanks Eric0!The dots here work on different levels.On an individual level,they symbolize the disparate elements of one's personality which the client brings together to help them acheieve success.On a collective level,the dots represent the diverse work force which are inspired to work together as a team to reach the top:)The mark also works as an abstract arrow symbolising growth and success:)
