Seems like a rip off of Penn State's logo with a few changes and the colors make it seem even more like a rip off. Just telling you the first thing that comes to mind when I see it.

Replyyeah, kinda similar, but if it's for high school they might not care.*High schools around where I live are using EXACT copies of the S.D. Chargers, Dallas Cowboys %26 Denver Broncos (only they call it the Mustangs) logos.
