Beautiful! I like the simplicity and the reference to one of the most well-known game characters. I think it's still definitely more an orange, but I wonder if you could get into trouble, as it's pretty clear the reference you're making. I'd check into the legalities of that, but as far as the vibe, I'm digging it. I might recommend to try and do something to make the logotype not so plain though. Or maybe a face that's %22o%22 is a perfect circle to pull from the icon?
