Description: Client: BodyBlast Fitness + Dance Industry: Gym + Fitness Located close to the Twin Cities in Crystal, Minnesota, BodyBlast Fitness + Dance, is a circuit fitness studio for women with dance, group fitness and personal training. The fitness studio has a warm, welcoming feel with a real sense of community. Women have been known to stay long after their classes have ended to have coffee and talk. We wanted to infuse an inviting and non-threatening vibe, but it still needed to pop with strength and boldness. In a location that had been vacant for two years, the gym needed the logo to be eye-catching and attention-grabbing. Zookeeper customized the typeface, with the ‘o’ in ‘body’ incorporating the female symbol, ♀, and ‘blast’ featuring action-oriented darts. We selected an energetic light blue and a fun purple to capture the upbeat, sincere spirit of the gym. “The logo is a big hit with the ladies.
