Description: Ellerslie was designed to refresh the appearance of a large brick apartment building in Baltimore. The design is inspired by the colors and aesthetic in the front entranceway. Ellerslie is a 125-unit mixed population development. The development is a well-constructed brick building with a private parking lot adjoining the structure. This community is known as the Pen Lucy Community, which is a long-established neighbourhood. Telesis believes that physical and community development are inseparable. Our work reflects and encompasses the values of civil engagement, education, health, housing, green living, cultural leadership, and democracy.
