This is the best version of the concept you have so far. I'd ditch the one that could be assumed to be too close to terramarker. Your client could get sued by the designer of terramarker or the company itself for looking too much like it. Plus, who wants a concept that's been done by someone else? Love the 'car air freshener' look here%3B familiarity has its benefits.
I agree with JF, but I'll take it a step further: you really don't need that orange stroke. Your green shapes really do a good job of creating their own frame, and quite honestly, the orange border is distracting. However, if you really do want to go for a Tree Air Freshener cut-out look, you can keep your white inner border and drop shadow. That would be just enough contrast to lift it off your background, which seems to be like a 10%25 gray, or thereabouts.
