Description:
The idea which would unite all aspectsof life of the modern cultural and industrial center of the Volgaregion was necessary for a territorial brand of Samara.
Simple sign would be insufficiently.The symbol - easily being transformed under different spheres of lifeof the city was necessary.
Strong traditions of the students, thelargest space-rocket center and traditions of aircraft construction -all this united in an image of generation given rise to fly.
Symbol of the city of Wings steel."Wings over Volga!"
And Samara has no other image.
