Nice logo even if this ultra-light type looks scratched... About H and E, not sure the horizontal stroke should totally cross first vertical... Roof looks also a little strange to me. What about using same serif style as the rest of the house?
I think, to make the type more consistant, adding a little breathing space could be interesting... May be also more space between type and mark could be experienced... I think your logo is little bit too small regarding to the image format. I particularly like your colour choice, very relevant. Very nice job!
