I think it\'s a great idea .... but ... what about all the dots in your written text: ... i;:!.? ... what a bout branding a TM ... nothin\' else ??? no, no I\'m jocking ...............................................
ReplyI know it is a great idea. The position of the text would have to be marginal and suited to the logo itself. That\'s y there is no text. It would have to be specially designed for each kind of presentation
ReplyNot sure if you\'re serious or not, but there is no way you would be able to register this a a trademark :)
ReplyThere\'s also the point that if someone already has, then presently you\'d be infringing on that trademark... :)
Replyoh common guys. this is just a concept not \"really\" serious. so if there is no way i can register it (why?) then im pretty confident that it hasnt been done before. put a nice little r in a circle next to it :)
ReplyStill not convinced you\'re being serious ;)
ReplyFirstly (if you are serious, if not then I\'m probably just wasting my time) try to understand the trademark registration process. By putting a \'nice little r in a circle next to it\' does not mean its registered. You have to spend a sh*tload of money and wait a minimum of 8 months before a mark can be registered. And that depends on how many classes and in how many countries according to the Madrid Protocol set out by WIPO.
Replyok. i should have probably described it better. i was interested in some feedback and i uploaded this as a concept and im sure im not breaking any rules here. this was and still is just an idea i was hoping for some understanding the way i see it could work as an excellent brand.
ReplyIs this a design, or a philosophy project?
ReplyKnock you socks off. GO for it!
Replyid say every design is a philosophy project. i guess i ll just go for it and try a full blown presentation with applications and use and everything...
Replythanks lefty but thats way too big. usa today has a large dot as a logo as well are they infringing?
